About MazelTot

What is MazelTot?
MazelTot provides parents-to-be and families with children under age five with information and three big discounts on hundreds of activities offered by dozens of organizations in greater Denver and Boulder. It’s a new way for young families to connect Jewishly.

What are the benefits of MazelTot?
Over a 12-month period, MazelTot registrants can use up to three discounts for a variety of classes, events and celebrations at Jewish organizations. In addition, families can sign up to receive a free PJ Library children’s book each month for 24 months. This offer is limited to the first 500 families who sign up and is only for families who are brand new to PJ Library and have not subscribed before.

Classes, such as Baby Sign, Mommy and Me, Yoga Tots...
Try out a free single-session class or take 50% off the cost of a multi-session class. Discount value up to $100.

Independent Celebrations, such as a Challah baking lesson in your home, Baby Naming or Brit Milah Ceremony, Storytelling for your playgroup...
Have a Jewish educator, rabbi or ritual leader create a unique Jewish experience that reflects your family’s interests and values and receive a 50% discount on the cost. Discount value up to $150.

Events, such as JAAMfest Children’s Concert, Tot Shabbat Dinner, Sukkah Hoe Down...
Get free tickets for your family to attend a cultural, social, religious or holiday event, a value of up to $100.

Preschools and Camps, such as Jewish Infant and Toddler Care, Classes, Summer Camp...
Receive one month off of annual tuition for Jewish Preschool applied over nine or 12 months - or - one free week of summer camp. Restricted to families new to Jewish Preschool in Denver/Boulder. Discount value up to $500.

Retreats, such as a Rosh Hashanah Wilderness Retreat, Family Camp Weekend, Weekend Learning Festivals...
Use a 50% discount on a family retreat or family mission to Israel. Restricted to families who have never participated in that retreat or trip before. Discount value up to $400.

Who created MazelTot?
MazelTot is a nondenominational, no-obligation initiative of Rose Community Foundation in collaboration with 29 organizations and congregations. The Foundation supports efforts to create and sustain a vibrant Jewish community, in part by funding new ideas that connect Jews to Jewish life and to each other. MazelTot was created in 2009 to meet these goals and to encourage young families to try new Jewish experiences. Oreg Foundation, and Alissa and Jeff Merage also provide support for MazelTot.
