Creative Journeys Camp: Jewish Journeys Around the World

Join Israeli educator Sharona Grinsteiner on a fun-filled journey through the diversity of the Jewish people.   Sharona will be the travel-guide as children learn about the customs and cultures of Jews from far-away places such as Uzbekistan, Ethiopia, Yemen, Morocco, Russia and South America.  Come and experience the many stories, foods, costumes and cultures of the places where Jews have lived.  This global journey will include: story-telling, art projects, language learning, cooking, treasure hunts, music and more!

Bio:  Sharona Grinsteiner

Sharona Grinsteiner is a Jewish educator who has worked with children and adults of all ages.  Born and raised in Israel of Yemenite descent, she brings a direct and creative approach to learning combined with abundant warmth and welcome.  She has taught in many classrooms and camp settings and especially loves working with young children, exposing them to the richness of Jewish culture, literature and language.

Value of Discount: 
Receive one free month off of annual tuition for Jewish preschool, applied over nine or 12 months - or - one free week of summer camp. Restricted to families who have never previously enrolled a child in Jewish preschool in greater Denver or Boulder. Discount value up to $500.
