Infant Massage and Movement Workshop will be 90 minutes of Momma (and/or Daddy) and Baby fun and bonding. This class will focus on infant massage for colic, reflux, gas; and general relaxation and sleep. You will also learn how to structure play and awake time for your little one. You will receive a packet of information about massage and a sensory toy for you to take home. This class is for babies birth to pre-crawling. Instructor: Rebecca Kanov, certified Movement and Message Therapist.

This program is for our preschool-aged children and their parents.  It begins immediately following the Rabbi's sermon every Shabbat. Parents lead an interactive program which includes songs, prayers, a challah snack and stories.  This service is at approximately 11:30am on Saturday mornings during congregational services.

Junior Congregation, every week for grades Pre-K through 5th grade.   Our Junior Congregation programming familiarizes our students with the Shabbat community and Shabbat prayers.  In Junior Congregation students build a community which provides developmentally appropriate opportunities to act as prayer leaders and to create their own commentaries on Torah as they learn the relevance of the lessons of Torah in their daily lives.

Drop off your kids after school to learn about some famous and not-so-famous Jewish artists. Have you heard of Marc Chagall? Instructor, Claire Boyce, will use her fine arts background and experience working with young children, to help bring out each child's inner artist!

Join Rebecca Kanov, a certified movement and massage therapist, for 7 weeks of focused and structured play for you and your baby. Each week will address a specific movement and bonding activity for you and baby. Caregivers will learn how to do some infant massage, as well as body awareness activities. This workshop is recommended for children newborn - 12 months.

Give your children an opportunity to explore different art materials such as painting, ceramics, beading, collage, recycled materials and sensory-based activities. Each week will offer choices for your kids to discover and create giving them the feel of an open studio with freedom to explore and the guidance of the instructor.

In this class we will enjoy cooperative movement games, themed activities, storytelling, music, and art to engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of both parent and child. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and imaginative relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, parent/child bonding, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.
