Young Family Shabbat Experience is designed to provide families with children ages 1-6 with a meaningful Shabbat experience that included Shabbat dinner (with rituals), Shabbat worship and programming to build community. Reservations for Shabbat dinner are required by the Wednesday prior and can be made online at www.EmanuelDenver.org/YSFE. You can bring your own dinner if you choose (no pork or shellfish) but please make reservations so we know how many to expect.

Hyde’s program, geared for children ages pre-K through grade two, will incorporate art, drama, music and dance. Includes an interactive book reading, a colorful weaving project, art project, and authentic Native American and pioneer games. Our program will conclude with a lively Israeli dance celebrating the majesty of trees - after all, the name Elan means oak tree in Hebrew! Parents, grandparents and caregivers are cordially welcome to attend this 90 minute program, which will be followed by a book signing.
