Book Launch Party for the "Purim Superhero"

The seder plate helps tell the story of Passover. At this awesome event, families will visit six interactive stations where they will learn a Passover song, hear a story, create a project, play a game, learn to leap like a frog, and sample Passover treats. At each station, you will receive a seder plate symbol. After attending all six stations, your seder plate will be complete and ready to take home.

Dinner and Lecture with Rob Bingham

As part of the Dinner & Lecture Series, U.S. Army veteran Rob Bingham will be giving a presentation entitled, "Life in the U.S. Army: A Veteran's Perspective" at JITF on Feb. 15. Bingham has served in the U.S. Army for nine years, including two combat deployments to Iraq, first as a machine gunner on an HMMWV and then as a tier commander in Camp Bucca, an Iraqi Internment Facility. He is currently contracted with the R.O.T.C. with the goal of becoming a U.S. Army Infantry Officer.

Congregation Har HaShem staff put on a Purim play (with a secret theme to be revealed) to kickoff the Religious School Purim Carnival in the South Building every year. Congregation Beth Evergreen invites you to celebrate the 2nd Night of Passover at their community seder on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Mt. Vernon Country Club (Golden).  This year's seder will be led by B;nai Havurah's Rabbi Evette Lutman and Hal Aqua.  This is an all-ages, musical celebration of the holiday.
