At Limmud Colorado, you will...

  • Find art, worship, culture, study
  • Explore film, the outdoors, texts
  • Discover history, music, dance, humor
  • Create community, networks, and memories to last a lifetime!

You will find all this at Limmud Colorado... now find yourself and your family at Limmud Colorado!

Limmud means “learning” in Hebrew. Through Limmud Colorado's annual conference and our shorter "Taste of Limmud" programs, Jews of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences come together for programs of Jewish learning, community-building, and fun.

We thrive on a diverse community of Jews and their families gather as learners and as teachers to explore and connect. It's like camp--but for adults, families, and teens.

What makes Limmud Colorado unique?

Limmud Colorado is truly community-driven, as the annual conference and the events in between are designed, developed, and delivered by volunteers. This means YOU have the opportunity to help build our conference and shape our Jewish future.

Retreats

Attend a retreat for free. A MazelTot discount covers the cost of your immediate family’s retreat registration, up to a maximum of $250.

In February 2013, Limmud Colorado will host a 1-1/2 day retreat on Saturday evening, February 9 through Sunday, February 10, at the beautiful Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in the Denver Tech Center. The retreat will feature about 100 learning sessions offered in art, worship, culture, study, film, the outdoors, music, dance, humor, texts, history, networking and fun. Stay over night at our luxury resort and conference center in the Denver Tech Center, or commute from the comforts of your home. It's your choice.

At the conference, infants and young children have their own Limmud experience through Limmud K’tan (“little Limmud”) for children from birth to 3 years old. We offer babysitting, play and Jewish activities with professionals and teen assistants.

For kids ages 4 through 12, Camp Limmud offers age-appropriate Limmud activities with professional educators and trained teen madrichim (counselors); these programs are divided into age-based groups and includes Jewish learning, games, art, outdoor activities and more.

Children’s and family programming will run throughout the event, giving parents the chance to participate with your child... or in adult-focused sessions while your children have their own Limmud experience.
