Minyan Na'aleh does not have a permanent physical location.

Friday night services are held at Kohelet House:
428 S. Forest St.
Denver, CO 80246.

Minyan Na'aleh is Denver's grassroots, lay-led, independent, progressive, pluralistic, traditional minyan (prayer community). Founded in September 2004, Na'aleh is formed around spirited prayer, communal meals, Jewish learning and social action. We meet for services and a "hybrid" potluck dinner on the first Friday night of every month as well as for most Jewish holidays, learning, yoga, shared Shabbat meals and social action events.

Retreats

Use a 50% discount on a family retreat or family mission to Israel, up to $400. Restricted to families who have never participated in that retreat or trip before.

Hike. Eat. Sing. Sleep. Pray. Learn. Relax. Or not. The Rocky Mountain Shavuot Retreat is a 3-day festival just outside Rocky Mountain National Park to celebrate the holiday of Shavuot. Shavuot commemorates the receiving of the Torah at Mount Sinai and it is traditional to gather and learn in observance of the holiday. At Na'aleh, we have taken that tradition about twenty steps further. The retreat is packed with learning opportunities for all levels, formal and informal opportunities to get to know one another, hikes, yoga, frisbee golf, basketball, delicious catered meals, a bonfire, singing, and building community. There is a mini 3-day camp for kids as well as plenty of activities designed for families to be together. In 2010, the Shavuot Retreat will be held from May 18-21. $575 for two adults and one child, $75 for an additional child.
