The Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center (JCC) is a comprehensive family center. Become prepared for situations you'll face as parents of infants from the moment your baby is born, including baby's first bath, how to swaddle, sleep safety, recognizing signs of distress and much more. Learn how to keep baby and toddler out of harm's way, including practical advice about baby-proofing and CPR demonstrations. Taught by Drs. Sharon Sagel and Lisa Schwartz of Southeast Denver Pediatrics.

Pamper yourself at SPA DAY on August 10th!
Designed for moms with children ages newborn to pre-crawling. Moms discuss parenting issues while their babies play beside them. Each week we will schedule a facilitator for the first hour and then the last half-hour will be left open for informal chatting and playing with the babies over bagels and coffee. This is a great opportunity for new parents to get out of the house and be with other parents going through the same experiences.

Designed for expectant parents and presented as a joint class with Rose Medical Center, this innovative program combines child-birth education with an exploration of the Jewish traditions and rituals connected with pregnancy, birth and parenting. Participants join the Boot Camp for New Dads and Miracles and Mayhem classes for their last session. Designed for crawlers to walkers, this class focuses on gross motor development for children who are ready to move and groove. We will help them become body-aware while exploring different aspects of our tumbling equipment, including balance beams, tramplines, tunnels, balls and more.
Miracles and Mayhem is designed for first-time mothers. Mothers-to-be will find a safe and nurturing environment for discussing the challenges and delights of motherhood, including the ways in which your identity will change and how the changes will affect your relationships. This interactive class also features the experiences and advice from women who have themselves just become moms.
Relax, stretch, and come meet other expectant moms. Instructor, Jenny Fleming has been teaching pre-natal/post-natal yoga since she was pregnant with her first child nine years ago. She has been trained in Iyengar yoga and is a massage therapist and a registered nurse. Here is a yoga class where expectant moms can do yoga knowing that the poses are safe and chosen specifically for their needs. This class is available to all JCC members (you do not have to be a Sports and Fitness Center member) and non-members as well. Sessions will be 6 weeks long.

Get fit, socialize and enjoy the outdoors with our New Stroller Fitness class. Taught by Casey Feicht, a yoga and physical education teacher for 18 years, this class will take you through the Hilltop neighborhood using strengthening, resistance, core and aerobic techniques.

Developed for children ages 8 weeks to pre-crawling, we will explore each child’s individual development level and discover fun ways to foster growth, flexibility and strong bodies. This special time with your child includes free play, songs, bubbles, games and exercise! This is a great way to introduce early socialization skills and meet other families in the community.

Pack up the whole family for a Jewish dude ranch vacation at the Ranch Camp! Families sleep in their very own rustic Ranch Camp cabin (one family per cabin) during this weekend-long session, which is jam-packed with family fun including all-family evening activities, campfires, Shabbat services, adult horseback trail rides, hikes, arts and crafts, and much more!
